George Thaddeus "The Tank" Crudgeon is the most loved TV journalist in the nation, according to himself. Join him in the studio as he asks the big questions about arguably quite minor issues, whilst dealing with managers not appreciating his talent, a tendency towards the bottle, and the fallout from his three-and-a-half divorces.

Featuring special guest appearances from a no-good dastardly outlaw, a surprisingly insightful dating coach, and Naylor Swoft (any resemblance to a billionaire popstar is purely coincidental).

The news is breaking and it's George Crudgeon's job to fix it.

The Corpus Playroom is owned by Corpus Christi College, and managed by the University of Cambridge through the ADC Theatre. The College drama society, the Fletcher Players, are the resident company.

The L-shaped studio is Cambridge's primary fringe space, showcasing a variety of productions, with an emphasis on new writing. Seasons are programmed simultaneously with the ADC Theatre.
