General Information Forms

Please make sure you select the right form for your venue! These forms have different questions for each venue due to differences in licence conditions.

Stewarding

You can sign up to steward shows at the ADC Theatre, Corpus Playroom and ADC Bar here.

Sustainability

We strongly encourage productions taking place at the ADC to consider the steps they can take to make their shows more sustainable, whether that's recycling raw materials, or using our stock furniture instead of buying new. 

The Association of British Theatre Technicians has helped to put together the "Green Book", which is a free resource for the theatre industry providing guidance and suggestions on how to make theatre more sustainably. This can be viewed at the Theatre Green Book website, here.

Publicity

Below are the .PNG files for ADC Theatre and Corpus Playroom Spring Season publicity banners for each show. More information about how to use them can be found in our Publicity Guide, but if you have any problems, please get in touch with the Production Manager .

Remember to send a draft of your publicity (posters and flyers) to the Production Manager for approval before you go to print!
